Moncada, Tarlac β October 8, 2025. The Sangguniang Bayan of Moncada has passed Resolution No. 2025-12-039, appealing to the management and Board of Directors of the Tarlac I Electric Cooperative (TARELCO I) to revisit and rescind its Coop Policy No. 01, Series of 2019, otherwise known as the One-Month Consumption Disconnection Policy for Delinquent Member-Consumer-Owners.
The measure, sponsored by Councilor Ar. Charl Justin E. Quijano, Chairperson of the Committee on Public Utilities, was approved during the Councilβs 13th Regular Session last October 7, 2025.
Mayor RB Aquino signed and concurred with the resolution in support of the appeal of the Sanggunian members.
