Mayor Aquino, who is concurrently the Chairperson of the College’s Board of Trustees, has tapped Dr. Max P. Guillermo to lead the Moncada Polytechnic College (MPC).

Dr. Guillermo is the former and first President of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), a graduate of BS Forestry at Tarlac College of Agriculture (now TAU) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Major in Environmental Science at the University of the Philippines – Los BaΓ±os.

MPC is the first Local University and College (LUC) in the Province of Tarlac operated by the Municipal Government of Moncada. Its Board of Trustees is set to approve various degree programs and technical-vocational courses later this month during its inaugural meeting.
